At Fulton Umbrellas, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of receipt.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Item

  Securely place your umbrella in its original protective sleeve and shipping box to ensure it remains undamaged during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
